It says the deluxe king room is suitable for 3 adults but only has one bed? Is that correct?

Yes, one super king bed is in a room. Maximum 3 people are able to accommodate in the room with extra blanket. If you want to sleep in a bed, you should reserve the twin room. Thanks

Hello. Is it possible to have 2 separate beds for a 2-adult bedroom? I could only find 1 bed for 2-adult. Thank you.

If you want to use separate beds for 2 adults, you should choose the twin room. Thanks.

Quel a été le point d'orgue de Jjak Boutique Hotel

Overall, it was a enjoyable stay in H Avenue and I would highly recommend this hotel.

The concierge manager was very helpful. He recommended us places of interest in Busan, how to get around and locations where we can get our breakfast and local food. We requested for adjoining rooms and were provided. The rooms included the toilet were very clean and the toilet came with the latest automatic bidet and autoflush. The location is very convenient and is about 10-15 mins from the train station.

More clothes hangers should be provided as only 4 were provided in each room. As our trip was during winter, we have to hang our jackets, inner wear, pants and we have to leave it on the bed and chairs.

Hotel was good, staff were very friendly and helpful. Starting to show the age of the hotel as bathrooms are becoming very tired and run down.

Great hotel for our short stay in Busan

Great facilities and clean. Staff member at the front desk allowed us to use the room briefly to change and use toilet, a few hours prior to checking in, which was great after our long trip.

Comfortable Stay, Nice location

Property was clean and rooms were well designed and cozy. We stayed in the suite and everyone enjoyed how spacious the suite was. Rooms were nice and quiet as we were on the top level. Great location for food and drinks. Busy area late into the night.

The light switches for the bathroom/roomwere a bit odd. All the light switches were outside in the living room. So at night you would have to walk across to the living room to turn the bathroom light on then walk to the bathroom. Lights would also turn off after a while so if you were taking a bath you would have to ask someone to click it on in the living room. They charged us for early check in but took 35+ mins to get the room ready. At that time we were just a couple mins from check in time . We had to ask to get a key per guest (4) instead of 2 for the suite which they reluctantly gave.

Beautiful new hotel with nice englishs peakingstaff

Beautiful and new rooms, comfy beds and very nice staff. Before check in and after check out it was possible to store luggage without any problem. Staff was speaking good english and was there till late. Hotel is located very close to caffes & restaurants, neighbourhood was quiet and hotel itself also. Comfortable bed (quite hard). Temperature was also pleasant (we came late November).

Beautiful room but not so practical, absolutely no space for your stuff.. Even in bathroom you had nowhere to put your toothbrush, that was really annoying. Other thing, but didn't bother that much, was the cleaning services: it was supposed to be only every other day but actually the schedule was unpredictable - once only our bed got done while the full trash can was left untouched and toilet paper was not replaced. Other time they would just come and take out trash, replace towels but not making the bed.

Good stay at Busan

I like everything about the hotel. Room was really nice and comfortable, quite spacious, nice interior. Staffs were really helpful as well. The location was not so close with subway though, so taxi was best option if you didn’t want to walk.

Perfect location, but unfortunately a bit of an uncomfortable stay.

The location is perfect to explore all the famous places of Busan.

They’re were holes in the mosquito net of the widow and we couldn’t sleep because of all the mosquitoes that were in the room (we killed about 8 in the middle of the night). The place also was a bit dirty, especially the bathroom with some mold on the walls.

Quiet comfort

The location is in a quiet area with 2 friendly cocktail bars a block up the street that could make anything you stated at a very reasonable price. All amenities provided.

Couldn't get wifi in room but used nearby sites. Heat comes on at 7pm . When on very good and comes through the floor. Very tricky getting in and of spa tub. Recommend putting on provided slippers while still in tub and hold on to showe wall to avoid slipping .

Mixed, up and down

Room was exactly flawless. Heater was controlled by manager but it was warm enough. Bathroom was wide and clean.

It was written that breakfast was included but it has not at all since COVID19 pandemic. I regret to know that after paying.

Location

The rooms were outdated, mould everywhere in bathroom and ceiling. Wallpaper was dirty, felt really grossed out. Avoid at all cost. Name of hotel says luxury boutique hotel, but it's the worst hotel I've ever been to!
